Aerospace Delivery Assurance

Description:
An Aerospace Delivery Assurance contract job is currently available through Belcan, at one of our key aerospace clients in Trumbull, CT. To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience working with suppliers in acquisition of various goods and services. In this job, you will support the acquisition and sourcing of direct and/or indirect materials.

Delivery Assurance Job Duties:
* Work with suppliers to have various material delivered on time
* Manage supplier issues that come up during delivery process
* Responsible for monthly revenue metrics, supplier delivery performance and several other program directed activities
* Supplier relationship building, both internally and externally

Qualifications:
* Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred
* Two to five years of experience in supply chain, specifically with delivery assurance and/or procurement/buying
* Experience interfacing with quality, engineering and procurement departments & personnel
* Legal authorization to work in US required

Desired Skills:
* SAP
* Purchasing process experience
* BS degree
