SAP Basis Adminstrator

Description:
Chipton-Ross is seeking an SAP Basis Administrator for a remote contract opportunity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Building new SAP systems (ABAP, JAVA, HANA)
- Configuration and support of existing SAP systems
- Executing transports (OS Level, TMS, and SAP or third-party tools)
- Support of High Availability environments
- Performing Homogeneous System copies
- Providing technical support for configurators and developers
- Technical SAP troubleshooting in support of all SAP application areas/products

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

Responsible for performing complex tasks related to the fabrication of plastic parts and subassemblies.

SUMMARY:
The Process Engineer will mentor and support in the diagnoses and resolution of software, instrument, and process problems to maintain system readiness of both manufacturing packaging equipment and data historian network. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform HPLC/UPLC testing on In-Process, DS release, DP release, DS stability, DP Stability, process validation, analytical method validation/transfer, method establishment/qualification, and various other non-routine samples.
Demonstrate proper laboratory safety and housekeeping practices through weekly 5S Lab audits and monthly laboratory inspections. Assure all activities meet EHS requirements.
Conduct GMP testing in an analytical laboratory environment using HPLC and UPLC test methods (i.e. Reverse Phase, SEC, Titer concentration, CEX, etc.).
Accurately record and report analysis results in accordance with lab procedures and quality systems.
Recognize and report out-of-specification/ out-of-trend results to laboratory management; recommend solutions.
Maintain and troubleshoot analytical instrumentation and workspace as needed.
Perform method validation and/or qualification testing as needed.
Author and/or review SOP's, test methods, forms, and etc. in the document management system (eDMS).
Perform all duties in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Laboratory Practices, and Safety guidelines.
Work with internal and external customers to ensure clear and open communication is maintained when resolving and raising issues. Collaborate with QC leads, PM's, and clients to maintain good health of client programs.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
o Minimum of 1 year of HPLC/UPLC experience in quality/analytical/pharmaceutical industry or similar experience.
o Experience with multitude of HPLC/UPLC assays is a plus (SEC, CEX, Glycans, Peptide Map, etc.)
o Prior use of EMPOWER is preferred.

R&M Engineering is a key functional discipline that supports the airplane development for optimal performance, lifecycle economics & compliance to safety and airworthiness requirements.

o Use modeling, simulation and data analytics methodologies & tools including statistical and probabilistic analyses.
o Serve as a technical specialist supporting other functional design groups during all stages of the airplane product development and support lifecycle.
o Responsible for aiding in determining program technical performance measures (TPMs) such as schedule reliability, airplane operational availability & maintenance cost.

Provide support in the following areas:
o Design for Reliability & Safety (airplane and system design reliability requirements validation & verification, reliability requirements allocation to suppliers, failure modes, rates, effects, propagation and detection analysis, architecture & operational provisions, safety & certification analysis, certification support, reliability & durability testing).
o Interaction with airplane system suppliers, business partners, airline customers, airplane development program leaders, and functional management is typical, as is a high level of communication between the rest of the R&M Engineering internal organization, program teams, and functional design areas. Team involvement and individual effort, problem solving, and managing multiple actions and assignments will be regular duties for an R&M engineer.

HARD REQUIREMENTS:
o 8 or more years' related work experience in the reliability engineering field.

o Experience with propulsion or airplane systems.

o Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) experience.
